At Utharaa, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Every piece we create is made with care and intention, and we want you to experience it in the best possible condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping and delivery process below:

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Orders (India): Please allow 8–14 business days for delivery.

  • International Orders: Delivery may take an additional 2 business days depending on the destination.

Each item is crafted with precision, which may slightly extend delivery times—but we promise it's worth the wait.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, shipping location, and customs processes. We appreciate your patience in the rare event of a delay.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which can be used on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Damaged Items

  • All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn and returned with original tags intact.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, as per your preference. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.

  • Please note: We cannot process damage claims reported after the 24-hour window.

Out of Stock Items

  • If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

  • You may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund via online store credit, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

We offer secure and encrypted payment options, including:

  • UPI

  • PayPal

Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Hyderabad: ₹150

  • Across India: Flat rate of ₹250

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the value, weight, and volume of your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order is received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Address

  • All orders are shipped from our studio in Hyderabad, India, to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Orders can be shipped within India even if placed from overseas—just make sure the PIN code and address are entered correctly.
